Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial client conversations to collect and verify personal, financial, and service-related information.
  • Coordinate intake appointments and follow-up communications with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with service providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Identify and address barriers to service access, escalating as needed.
  • Prepare and submit intake documentation and reports for program evaluation.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and explain intake procedures and next steps.
