Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations from raw material intake through final packaging. You will coach frontline teams, optimize line processes, and uphold GMP standards to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a focus on continuous improvement, coaching, and meeting daily production targets in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a supervisor/lead role in manufacturing.
• Experience driving production improvement and coaching frontline teams.
• Familiarity with GMP, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations from intake to final packaging.
• Analyze workflows to refine line processes and reduce downtime.
• Drive daily targets while upholding quality and efficiency metrics.
• Be an active, hands-on leader on the floor.
• Mentor production team and foster accountability and safety.
• Collaborate with leaders to grow talent and cross-train staff.
• Enforce GMPs and sanitation standards across areas.
• Partner with Quality and Maintenance to ensure peak equipment performance.
• Maintain audit-ready, organized production environments.
