Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a supervisor/lead role in manufacturing.

• Familiarity with GMP, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations from intake to final packaging.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Shift: First

Work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations, overseeing processes from raw material receiving and blending through to final packaging.
• Analyze current workflows to develop, refine, and implement improved line processes that boost output, eliminate bottlenecks, and minimize downtime.
• Drive daily operational targets while maintaining strict quality, batch accuracy, and efficiency metrics.
• Be an active, hands-on leader.
• Lead, mentor, and coach production team members on the floor, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning.
• Work with senior leadership to Identify individual and team growth opportunities, cross-training employees to elevate overall facility skill levels and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Enforce general Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and facility sanitation standards across all processing and packaging areas.
• Partner with Quality and Maintenance teams to ensure equipment is operating safely, cleanly, and at peak performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready environment aligned with company quality standards and safety regulations.
