Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full recruitment process in Long Prairie, MN. You will source candidates nationwide, conduct interviews via phone, video, or in person, and coordinate offers and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires 1–3 years of manufacturing recruiting experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with iCIMS and MS Office. A high school diploma is required. Local travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma.
• 1-3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition: sourcing, lead generation, recruiting, candidate assessment, selection, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support activities in the recruitment life cycle.
• Source candidates across the United States.
• Interview and screen candidates via phone, video, or in-person.
• Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual interviews.
• Assist with pre-employment screenings, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain job postings in iCIMS and candidate data.
• Complete I-9 verifications and compliance.
• Attend job fairs to attract talent.
• Build talent pipelines and promote employee referrals.
