Qualifications

• 2–3 years in implementation, onboarding, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience with integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer journey from kickoff to go-live and post-live use.
• Plan and drive implementation and training milestones with clear owners and success criteria.
• Manage concurrent accounts across stages to ensure timely go-live and adoption.
• Document configurations, integration setups, and customer-specific requirements.
