Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience with a focus on Spain and/or Portugal payroll operations.
• End-to-end payroll processing for Spain and/or Portugal.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Spain and Portugal, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain employee payroll records, benefits, and deductions.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and validation checks.
• Support year-end payroll activities, bonus payments, and tax reporting.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries regarding taxation and pay slips.
• Monitor changes in Iberian payroll legislation to stay compliant.
• Drive process improvements and payroll documentation.
