Job summary

Strada Global is seeking a Portuguese Delivery Payroll Senior Associate to join our global payroll team. This role focuses on end-to-end payroll processing, data management, and customer service, with responsibilities spanning statutory reporting and post-payroll activities for international clients.

Remote in Spain/Portugal; you will ensure accuracy, meet KPIs, maintain security standards, and support knowledge transfer to apprentices and associates while collaborating with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of payroll or health & welfare/benefits experience in HR outsourcing or corporate environment.
• HRIS: Workday, SSFF, Oracle; ERP knowledge helpful (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process payroll end-to-end to meet the calendar and KPIs.
• Support statutory and year-end reporting per calendar and KPIs.
• Advise on client queries using payroll expertise and country-specific knowledge.
• Mentor apprentices/associates in data management or customer service activities.
• Ensure tickets/calls meet SLA; support system maintenance testing.
• Maintain security controls and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
