The Portuguese Delivery Payroll Senior Associate role focuses on end-to-end payroll processing, data management and customer services, with remote work options in Spain and Portugal.

You will join a team dedicated to accuracy and timely delivery, supporting statutory reporting, advising clients on country-specific rules, and contributing to knowledge transfer and process

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in HR outsourcing or corporate environments.
• HRIS knowledge including Workday, Oracle; ERP knowledge such as SAP or PeopleSoft.

Aufgaben

• Independently process Payroll End to End and meet KPIs.
• Support Statutory and Year End Reporting.
• Advise clients on payroll queries and country-specific rules.
• Assist and transfer knowledge to Apprentices and Associates.
• Ensure tickets and calls are answered within SLA.
