Job summary

GoGlobal seeks an hands-on HR Specialist / Local Representative to support operations across Iberia, based full-time in Lisbon. You will be the local contact for employees, candidates, clients and authorities, handling onboarding, payroll inputs, and HR documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong HR operations experience and fluency in Portuguese and English, with Spanish knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish HR practices is advantageous.
• 2–5 years practical experience in HR operations or employment administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for Portugal and Spain, onsite in Lisbon during business hours.
• Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, right-to-work checks, documentation, payroll inputs, leave and offboarding.
• Coordinate with authorities, legal advisers, payroll providers and external partners; ensure regulatory compliance.
