Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Hiring Operations Manager to lead end-to-end 3PL warehouse and fulfillment operations, optimizing inbound to outbound processes. You will drive KPI performance, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

In a fast-growth ecommerce/retail setting, you will leverage analytics and ERP/WMS systems to optimize workflows and support automation initiatives across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in ops management for 3PL and warehouse operations with end-to-end fulfillment.
• Strong supervision and the ability to lead operational teams.
• Experience in high-volume ecommerce or retail fulfillment environments.
• Proficient in KPI and SLA management, including on-time shipping and accuracy.
• Hands-on with inventory control and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Skilled in analytics/reporting using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Experience with WMS, OMS, and ERP systems in fulfillment/logistics.
• Ability to drive process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and carriers and managing relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to automation and systems integration in warehouse contexts (preferred).
• Familiarity with GMP practices related to operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end 3PL warehouse and fulfillment operations from inbound receiving to outbound delivery.
• Oversee high-volume ecommerce or retail fulfillment with on-time shipping and strong delivery performance.
• Monitor and manage KPIs and SLAs related to accuracy, speed, and service quality; drive improvements.
• Lead inventory control activities and manage inbound/outbound logistics for stock accuracy and availability.
• Use Excel, SQL, and BI tools to track performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Leverage WMS, OMS, and ERP systems to manage orders, inventory, and workflows efficiently.
• Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization across warehouse and logistics operations.
• Manage and negotiate relationships with 3PL partners, carriers, and vendors for service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, supply chain, production, and customer service to solve problems and improve end-to-end processes.
• Influence automation initiatives and system integrations to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure practices align with standards (including GMP where applicable) and scale operations in a fast-growth environment.
• Communicate performance, risks, and improvement plans to internal stakeholders.
