Job summary

Weber Blackstone seeks a Customer Fulfillment Analyst to drive end-to-end logistics solutions and exceptional customer engagement for Home Improvement, eComm, and Mass Merchant customers.

You will collaborate with sales leadership, manage dashboards, and support inventory, ordering, and new product launches while delivering value through optimized shipping and cost-to-serve initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in supply chain management or business administration or 5+ years relevant experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced consumer products company in a customer-engaging supply chain performance role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on customer service expectations for cost, fill rate, and on-time delivery.
• Execute best value supply chain initiatives to achieve best cost to serve.
• Engage with customers on service opportunities and compliance programs.
• Coordinate with Inventory planning, Distribution operations, and Logistics to meet service levels.
• Support new product launches and promotional shipments to customers.
• Create and manage ship method proposals and cost-to-serve improvement opportunities.
• Report monthly on end-to-end cost, service, and compliance dashboards.
• Monitor third-party carrier performance and service levels.
