Job summary

Weber Blackstone in Palatine, IL is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Analyst to provide end-to-end logistics solutions and deliver exceptional customer engagement across Home Improvement, eComm and Mass Merchant customers.

You will partner with Sales, Inventory Planning, Distribution Operations and Logistics to meet service levels, improve cost-to-serve, and support new product launches while driving order accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in supply chain management or business administration or 5+ years relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage customer service metrics and dashboards.
• Experience in a fast-paced consumer products company with customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end logistics solutions and exceptional customer engagement for assigned customers.
• Manage customer dashboard performance, cost-to-serve, and compliance programs.
