Job summary

You will gather requirements, support analytics, and help shape order routing, fulfillment, and returns processes, while participating in testing and UAT to ensure delivered functionality meets business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis or related role.
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into clear documentation.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL or Power BI is a plus.
Experience with Agile environments; Jira/Azure DevOps/UAT a plus.
Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with Product, IT, UX, Operations, Merchandising, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize new fulfillment capabilities.
Analyze data and reporting to identify opportunities and support roadmap and design decisions.
Define analytics and reporting needs, partnering with BI and data teams for insights.
Help document and improve order routing, fulfillment, inventory, and returns processes.
Support solution design, testing, and UAT to ensure delivered functionality meets business needs.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions, communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership.
Monitor performance after launch and use data to identify improvements.
