Key tasks include negotiating carrier pricing, updating stakeholders, and resolving delays or documentation issues to ensure on-time delivery and accurate records across all shipments.

• 2+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or international shipping.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple shipments.

• Familiarity with export documentation and shipping software is a plus.

• Coordinate export shipments end-to-end, from booking through final delivery, tracking milestones and updating all parties along the way.
• Contact carriers directly to source and negotiate pricing within the job's approved budget.
• Serve as the client's main point of contact, providing hands‑on updates and support throughout the shipment.
