Job summary

ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group seeks a Manager, Event Operations in Chicago to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of in-person and hybrid meetings. You will own the event logistics, manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and oversee onsite execution to meet timelines and objectives.

• Serve as the primary operational owner for assigned meetings and events, with accountability for planning, readiness, onsite delivery, and post-event closeout.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive logistical event project plans, including KPIs, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, decision points, and accountable owners.
• Lead recurring operational planning meetings and ensure cross-functional teams understand deadlines, responsibilities, and event requirements.
