Job summary

Columbus McKinnon is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP initiatives, including deployments, upgrades, integrations, and migrations. You will drive process harmonization and global template adoption across the organization, coordinating cross-functional teams and governance to ensure successful go-lives and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA/Engineering or related field.
• PM certification preferred.
• 5+ years of SAP project management experience.
• Experience migrating from legacy/non-SAP ERP to SAP.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, resources, and exec communications.
• Experience supporting testing, training, data conversion, cutover, go-live, and business readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery from planning to post-go-live support.
• Manage enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Deploy global SAP template to new locations and legacy systems.
• Drive ERP migration and standardization to global standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Support change management and user adoption.
