Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• PM certification is preferred and demonstrates formal project management capability.
• 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects within SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end SAP project delivery, including planning, execution, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Manages SAP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives.
• Leads deployment of the company's global SAP template to new locations, divisions, and acquired businesses.
• Drives ERP migration and business process harmonization to align operations with global standards.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance processes.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, SAP analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
• Facilitates project steering committee meetings and reports status to executive leadership.
• Identifies, manages, and mitigates project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Oversees data migration, testing, cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Supports organizational change management and user adoption.
