ADVOC8, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Creative Production Manager who can own the end-to-end production lifecycle across multiple programs. You will manage graphics tracking, proofs, QC, print, fabrication, and swag vendors to ensure assets stay on brand, on spec, on time, and on budget.

Responsibilities include building a graphics grid, maintaining asset libraries, coordinating approvals, and tracking costs against budgets. The role supports remote work nationwide with onsite travel as needed.

Formación

• 4-7+ years in creative production or related field.
• Deep knowledge of print production, prepress, and color workflows.
• Experience managing print, signage, large-format, fabrication and swag vendors.
• Proven ability to build timelines and written approval workflows across programs.
• Experience sourcing and managing freelance talent.
• Highly organized with a systems mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, client-facing communicator; collaborative and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Translate approved designs into production across multiple programs.
• Own graphics grid and asset library per client.
• Coordinate proofs, QC, print, fabrication, and swag vendor coordination.
• Log revision rounds and track deadlines with production leads.
• Manage vendor communications from quote through delivery.
• Support onsite checks and last-minute print needs.
