Job summary

Roofing Talent America (RTA) in Southern California is seeking an experienced estimator focused on commercial waterproofing. You will own estimates end-to-end, from GC bid invitations through handover, using Bluebeam to takeoffs and following our established estimating process.

The role requires reading complex commercial blueprints, pricing union and prevailing wage work, and expanding the division's footprint into private sector projects.

Qualifications

• Specialist commercial waterproofing estimating experience required.
• Ability to read and take off commercial blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Own waterproofing estimates from invitation through handover.
• Takeoffs from Bluebeam and price using the company process.
• Price union and prevailing wage work for public projects.
• Estimate the full specialist scope: vertical walls, decks, injections, joints, below-grade.
• Build relationships with GC estimating and project management to drive bid flow.
