Job summary

Roofing Talent America (RTA) in Providence, RI seeks an experienced estimator for commercial waterproofing and masonry service work, including emergency, maintenance and restoration projects. You will visit sites, diagnose envelope failures and build technical scopes across injection, joint sealants, façade restoration, flashing, coatings and structural masonry.

You will write clear proposals, manage pipeline in the CRM, and maintain accurate vendor and subcontractor costings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating commercial waterproofing and masonry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and safety rules.
• Competent with takeoff/markup software (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff).
• Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate estimates for commercial waterproofing and masonry service work.
• Run field visits to assess conditions and diagnose envelope failures on site.
• Build technical scopes across injection, joint sealants, façade restoration, flashing, coatings and masonry.
• Write proposals detailing scope, pricing and recommended solutions for client sign-off.
• Manage pipeline and opportunity tracking through service/sales CRM.
• Maintain vendor/subcontractor relationships to keep costings accurate.
