Job summary

Jobot is seeking a proven commercial roofing estimator to join our rapidly growing team in Southern California, based in Riverside County. You will prepare takeoffs, estimate project costs, and collaborate with subcontractors to secure competitive bids.

The ideal candidate has extensive roofing estimation experience, understands various roofing systems, and can work with PlanSwift or Bluebeam to produce accurate calculations on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial roofing estimating.
• Strong construction knowledge and ability to interpret plans and specs.
• Proficiency with takeoff/estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain strong subcontractor/vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage accurate takeoffs and estimates for commercial roofing projects.
• Interpret plans and specifications to support bidding and project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain quotes and scope.
• Ensure estimates meet project requirements and timelines.
