Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of tendering, proposals, or sales support experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development from kickoff to submission.
• Analyze tender documents to identify client needs and align strategies.
