Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a physical sciences field with energy storage focus.

Responsibilities

• Own End-to-End ESS Delivery from concept to production on accelerated timelines.
• Serve as main interface between Core Battery Group and internal Anduril product teams.
• Translate user stories/CONOPs into actionable ESS requirements.
• Lead battery cell selection with de-risking and validation.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers for design iterations and testing.
• Support manufacturing ramp and DFMEAs for validated production packs.
• Provide hands-on bring-up, test, and vehicle integration activities.
• Analyze fielded ESS data to drive countermeasures and design updates.
