Job summary

Anduril is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer in Costa Mesa to own test campaigns from component bench tests through ground and into flight test support. You will define fixtures, build test setups, run programs, and report learnings to improve design, with emphasis on safety and proper data handling.

The role requires hands-on capability in lab/shop/flight line environments, strong communication, and a commitment to a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• DAQ setup and operation expertise.
• Sensor selection and installation (thermocouples, transducers, strain gauges, accelerometers).
• Experience defining fixturing and test setups for bench- and vehicle-level testing.
• Fluency with common protocols (CAN, Ethernet, Serial).
• Hands-on lab, shop, or flight line environment collaboration.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own integration and test activities from component bench tests through full vehicle ground test to flight test support.
• Define fixturing, tooling, and test setup requirements with fabrication and ground support teams.
• Develop and execute test programs that characterize subsystem performance across operating conditions and configurations.
• Coordinate test requirements, load cases, and vehicle configurations for integration milestones.
• Instrument, collect, reduce, and report test data for vehicle models and downstream analysis.
• Ensure safety in integration environments and proper handling of hazardous materials; mitigate risks.
• Support FAT, ground test, and flight test of prototype and production representative systems.
