Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer to own end-to-end test campaigns for advanced autonomous platforms. You will manage requirements, fixturing, execution, and reporting from component bench tests through vehicle ground tests and flight test support.

The role demands hands-on lab and flight-line work, strong DAQ and sensor experience, and collaboration with systems engineering and fabrication teams. Security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, or related engineering.
• 3+ years in integration and test of aerospace, defense, or complex electromechanical systems.
• Strong DAQ setup/operation, sensor installation, and common protocols CAN, Ethernet, Serial.
• Experience defining fixturing and test setups for bench- and vehicle-level tests.
• Hands-on lab, shop, or flight line work with technicians and fabrication teams.
• Highly organized with excellent communication; commitment to a positive culture.
• Defense industry background desirable; ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own integration and test from bench to full vehicle ground test.
• Define fixturing, tooling, and test setups for fixtures.
• Develop and execute test programs across operating conditions.
• Coordinate requirements with systems engineering and other teams.
• Instrument, collect, reduce, and report data for models and analyses.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Maintain configuration control of environments, fixtures, and articles.
• Support FAT, ground, and flight test of prototype/production systems.
