Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred with 5+ years field sales experience in a technical environment.
• Ability to interact with vendors and customers in a technical setting and present strategic plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a matrixed environment and travel up to 50%.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts, driving revenue and growth.
• Qualify needs, propose FDH Electronics solutions, prepare quotes with ISRs, negotiate and close.
• Achieve annual sales quotas and establish new relationships for additional opportunities.
• Promote sales through product packages, technical support, and account planning.
• Forecast monthly variances and update rolling forecasts; monitor account profitability.
• Visit current and potential clients regularly to nurture relationships and gather needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Travel extensively across the region to meet customers and conduct quarterly reviews.
