Job summary

Regenified, LLC is seeking a hands-on accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting for its US and UK entities. You will own the monthly close, reconciliations, AR and AP processes, and payroll coordination across jurisdictions.

The role requires an Active CPA license, 5+ years of close ownership, and experience with QuickBooks Online, Deel for payroll, Ramp for expense management, and multi-currency environments. This is a broad, growth-focused finance role in a small team.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license is required.
• 5+ years experience owning the full close and reconciliations.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage collections.

Responsibilities

• Run the monthly close across two entities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Own Accounts Receivable end to end (invoicing, collections, aging).
• Process Accounts Payable and vendor queries.
