Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Encryption Development Program Leader/Manager to oversee end-to-end development programs in Camden, NJ. The role requires leading a team of program managers and IPTs, managing scope, cost, and schedule across complex encryption initiatives with NSA certification and strategic capture duties.

The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers, possessing strong leadership, technical, and program management fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; higher if no degree.
• Experience managing large government contracting programs (TMRR/EMD).
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• On-site at Camden Waterfront facility; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of program managers and IPTs across multiple sites.
• Manage cost, schedule and technical performance on multiple development and production efforts.
• Develop and monitor financial forecasts and baseline program plans.
• Capture new opportunities and lead proposal development and NSA/CSA-related efforts.
• Ensure compliance with EVMS, budgets, and customer reporting.
