Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Military experience in the relevant portfolio area is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture strategies to increase orders and win rates.
• Build relationships with current and prospective customers to drive growth.
• Lead capture activities from identification through contract award.
• Apply DoW acquisition knowledge and MILSATCOM/Key Management expertise to inform pursuits.
• Develop PTW, bid strategies, and proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Present reviews and recommendations to senior leadership.
