FocusOne Mortgage Solutions is seeking an Encompass Administrator to support daily Encompass360 use, maintenance, and optimization in a Houston, TX office. The role ensures smooth mortgage operations, compliance, and efficient workflows.

You will collaborate across departments, IT, and external partners to drive reporting, process improvements, and system updates. The ideal candidate has hands-on Encompass360 experience and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Encompass360 administration and/or IT support.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage lifecycle (origination, processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, and secondary).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Encompass360 daily user contact, troubleshooting, and updates.
• Act as a liaison between staff, clients, IT, and third-party integrations.
• Ensure system changes and updates to staff and clients.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting within Encompass.
• Recommend and implement process or system improvements.
