Job summary

West Gate Bank seeks an Encompass System Administrator to own the configuration, stability, security, and optimization of the organization’s Encompass loan origination ecosystem. This role covers administration, workflow design, integrations, user support, compliance alignment, and vendor coordination to ensure an audit-clean, high-availability LOS environment.

The position is full-time and based in Lincoln, NE, with hybrid work after onboarding; three days in office and two from home is typical.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience administering Encompass in a mortgage lending environment.
• Strong understanding of mortgage workflows, loan file structure, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Encompass Admin Tools, Personas, Business Rules, Encompass Web, Input Form Builder, and eFolder configuration.
• Familiarity with Encompass SDK, APIs, or ICE Developer Connect (preferred but not required).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems and vendors.
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.

Job description

The Encompass System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, stability, security, and optimization of the organization’s Encompass loan origination ecosystem. This role owns the platform end‑to‑end — including administration, workflow design, integrations, user support, compliance alignment, and vendor coordination — ensuring that Encompass operates as a reliable, audit‑clean, high‑availability system for all lending operations. The ideal candidate combines technical depth, operational discipline, and mortgage‑domain awareness to deliver a stable, predictable, and scalable LOS environment.

This is a full-time role based in Lincoln, Nebraska. Typical hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an opportunity for hybrid work after successful onboarding. Approved hybrid work schedule is a minimum of three (3) days in office with the ability of working two (2) days from home.

Education & Experience

• Knowledge of Encompass TPO Connect or Consumer Connect.
• SQL, PowerShell, or scripting experience for automation and reporting.
• Experience supporting compliance, QC, and audit workflows.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
