Job summary

FocusOne Mortgage Solutions is seeking a skilled Encompass Administrator to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This role supports daily use, maintenance, and optimization of Encompass360, ensuring compliance and efficiency across mortgage operations.

The ideal candidate has strong mortgage process knowledge, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive improvements. This position is on-site in Houston and not remote.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Encompass360 administration and/or IT support.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage lifecycle (origination, processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, and secondary).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Encompass360 certification preferred.
