Job summary

Goode Company is seeking an Enchilada-focused Kitchen Prep role at our Woodlands/Shenandoah, TX kitchen. You will support the Enchilada station by preparing, cooking, and portioning items to specified recipes and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or food-production experience, ability to learn detailed recipes, and strong sanitation and organizational skills. Flexible hours and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant restaurant or food-production experience; specialty-station experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn and repeat detailed recipes, techniques, portions, and quality standards.
• Strong organization, sanitation, urgency, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, finish, or portion assigned specialty items to recipe and quality standards.
• Prepare sauces, fillings, tortillas, portions, and assembled enchiladas to recipe and production standards.
• Set station pars, complete production lists, and maintain readiness for service.
• Monitor texture, flavor, temperature, presentation, yield, and product rotation.
• Use assigned tools and equipment safely and maintain them in clean working conditions.
