Goode Company is seeking a dedicated Enchilada station cook to produce high-quality, consistent dishes. You will focus on specialty items, manage production readiness, and maintain rigorous standards for texture, temperature, and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include following recipes, preparing fillings, sauces, and tortillas, and ensuring timely communication of shortages or issues. Flexibility for varied schedule is expected.

Qualificações

• Relevant restaurant or food-production experience; specialty-station experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and repeat detailed recipes, techniques, portions, and quality standards.
• Strong organization, sanitation, urgency, and communication.
• Food Handler Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, finish, or portion assigned specialty items to recipe and quality standards.
• Prepare sauces, fillings, tortillas, portions, and assembled enchiladas to recipe and production standards.
• Set station pars, complete production lists, and maintain readiness for service.
• Monitor texture, flavor, temperature, presentation, yield, and product rotation.
• Use assigned tools and equipment safely and maintain them in clean working conditions.
• Communicate shortages, quality concerns, timing issues, and waste promptly.
• Complete setup, sanitation, breakdown, labeling, and closing work thoroughly.
