Job summary

Goode Company seeks a skilled Enchilada station cook to prepare and assemble specialty items to exact recipes and production standards. You will set up the station, maintain pars, and ensure readiness for service while upholding safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities include cooking, portioning, and finishing enchiladas, sauces, fillings, and toppings, with attention to texture, flavor, and presentation in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Relevant restaurant or food-production experience; specialty-station experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn and repeat detailed recipes, techniques, portions, and quality standards.
• Strong organization, sanitation, urgency, and communication.
• Food Handler Certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, finish, or portion assigned specialty items to recipe and quality standards.
• Prepare sauces, fillings, tortillas, portions, and assembled enchiladas to recipe and production standards.
• Set station pars, complete production lists, and maintain readiness for service.
• Monitor texture, flavor, temperature, presentation, yield, and product rotation.
• Use assigned tools and equipment safely and maintain them in clean working conditions.
• Communicate shortages, quality concerns, timing issues, and waste promptly.
• Complete setup, sanitation, breakdown, labeling, and closing work thoroughly.
