Job summary

Goode Company is seeking an Enchilada cook to operate a specialized production station and deliver consistent products through focused technique and careful execution. You will prepare sauces, fillings, tortillas, and assembled enchiladas to recipe standards and maintain station readiness for service.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Relevant restaurant or food-production experience required.
• Ability to learn and repeat detailed recipes, techniques, portions, and quality standards.
• Strong organization, sanitation, urgency, and communication.
• Food Handler Certification preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, finish, or portion assigned specialty items to recipe and quality standards.
• Prepare sauces, fillings, tortillas, portions, and assembled enchiladas to recipe and production standards.
• Set station pars, complete production lists, and maintain readiness for service.
• Monitor texture, flavor, temperature, presentation, yield, and product rotation.
• Communicate shortages, quality concerns, timing issues, and waste promptly.
• Complete setup, sanitation, breakdown, labeling, and closing work thoroughly.
