Job summary

Showpad seeks a Principal Enablement Advisor to architect and scale our Enablement Advisory motion. You will guide clients through enablement maturity journeys, leveraging software and high-level consulting to unlock ROI and drive revenue growth.

Reporting to Revenue Effectiveness leadership, you will own EA infrastructure, create proprietary frameworks, and collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing to strengthen GTM performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior enablement leadership, GTM strategy, or enablement consulting.
• Proven ROI-focused enablement programs tied to Revenue KPIs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Enablement Advisory services aligned to FY27 revenue targets.
• Develop proprietary frameworks, templates, and plays to define GTM strategy.
• Lead EA playbook alignment with Sales and Professional Services.
• Own pricing and packaging for the offering and up-skill GTM teams.
