Job summary

Sitetracker is seeking an Enablement & GTM Programs Associate to own daily enablement operations across Americas and APAC, including Showpad administration, onboarding, and certification programs.

You will work with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership and Customer Success to drive scalable processes, measure impact, and improve seller ramp time. The role offers visibility and a clear career path within a growing function.

Qualifications

• Experience in enablement operations or learning programs that scale.
• Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for seller-focused resources.

Responsibilities

• Administer Showpad and maintain onboarding programs.
• Coordinate enablement sessions, GTM events, and office hours across regions.
• Develop recurring reports linking enablement activity to seller performance.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership and Customer Success.
• Establish Americas and APAC enablement coverage to ensure launch readiness.
