Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Enablement Operations Manager in the United States to build the operating model connecting enablement strategy, technology, content, and learning operations. You will drive analytics, automation, and adoption programs across a global revenue enablement ecosystem, transitioning legacy workflows to next-generation processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic programs and portfolio operations.
• Proven ability to drive enablement, learning, content, and analytics initiatives.
• Design operating models, governance, intake processes, and lifecycle standards.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS administration, integrations, and data flows.
• Use data to identify problems, measure impact, and communicate progress.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enablement Operations portfolio, including intake, prioritization, planning, health, risks, dependencies, decisions, and reporting.
• Lead or serve as operating lead for strategic programs from framing to launch, adoption, and measurement.
• Build reusable playbooks for product/maintenance launches, system rollouts, training, and communications.
• Establish indicators, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready updates linking activity to readiness and business impact.
• Coordinate data dependencies across enablement tools, communications, and reporting.
• Partner with program owners on adoption, product enablement, AI automation, and field feedback.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual coordination and reporting.
• Create operating rhythms and decision rights to move work forward.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, Product, Sales, Support, and field leaders to align requirements.
• Influence without authority and communicate clearly with executives and end users.
