Job summary

Wordsmith in the United States is seeking an Enablement Lead to own how customers learn Wordsmith and become confident, self-sufficient users. You will design onboarding, training, and enablement end to end for lawyers and business users. You will focus on capability, not delivery, and enablement for champions and admins.

The role centers on building curriculums, live sessions, and a self-paced academy to keep customers progressing with Wordsmith as it evolves.

Qualifications

• Design learning curriculums with clear sequence and outcomes.
• Confident in presenting to lawyers, business users, and admins.
• Create and update self-paced content, courses, and certifications.
• Use product data to identify gaps and improve enablement.
• Curiosity about AI and legal tech; eager to learn product deeply.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding journeys from start to confidence.
• Build Legal AI fundamentals curriculum for diverse users.
• Lead live onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs.
• Develop self-paced academy with courses and certifications.
• Maintain and update enablement guides as Wordsmith evolves.
• Identify causes of stalled adoption and re-enable teams.
• Coach customer champions and admins to scale knowledge.
• Collaborate with Product to embed guidance and prompts in-product.
• Measure learning outcomes and adjust training content.
• Partner with Transformation, Success, Support, and Product teams.
