Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Enablement Lead, Knowledge Work based in Dublin, operating in a hybrid model with relocation support. This role focuses on delivering high-impact enablement and adoption services across OpenAI’s product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.

You will design adoption interventions, lead live workshops, and ensure durable, organization-wide usage across diverse audiences, from business users to executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing, enablement, or instructional roles.
• Experience engaging C-level, business, and technical audiences in enterprise environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills translating AI capabilities into practical value.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, defining enablement patterns for adoption across enterprise teams.
• Serve as SME for designated product areas, building expertise and gathering customer feedback to inform product development.
• Lead customer enablement across the full lifecycle from onboarding to expansion and long-term adoption.
• Design and deliver high-impact engagements, including onboarding sessions, advanced capability trainings, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands-on workshops.
• Drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured enablement programs.
