• 6+ years in customer-facing enablement, adoption, or transformation roles within complex environments.
• Ability to design learning journeys and deliver live workshops for diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills to translate AI capabilities into practical value.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement of OpenAI products for government customers and define adoption patterns.
• Lead enablement lifecycle from onboarding to expansion and sustained use.
• Design and deliver high-impact engagements, including onboarding sessions, trainings, and academies.
• Advise on workforce communications and engagement strategies to build awareness and participation.
• Build trusted relationships with government leaders, champions, and technical teams.
• Gather feedback and translate patterns into scalable programs and content.
