Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Enablement Specialist to own onboarding for Qualified Success Architects (QSAs) and drive their certification. You will coordinate training sessions with Product experts, maintain Knowledge Base content in Guru, and support large enablement initiatives with the CS Enablement Manager.

You’ll build deep product knowledge across the Qualified platform to serve as a trusted resource for the CS/QSA team and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Customer success, account management, or similar SaaS role experience.
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple onboarding timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Guru, Notion or similar knowledge platforms.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Product teams.
• Curiosity about product and how things work.
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for setting up new teammates for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Own the new hire onboarding program for QSAs and be primary contact.
• Drive QSA certification progress and accelerate pace when needed.
• Coordinate and host CS 5-star Enablement sessions with Product experts.
• Keep Guru knowledge base current and manage knowledge agents.
• Support larger enablement projects with the Manager of CS Enablement.
• Build product knowledge across the Qualified platform for the CS/QSA team.
