Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Qualified Success Architect, Internal Enablement to own onboarding for QSAs, drive certification progress, and lead biweekly CS Enablement trainings. You will keep Guru updated and collaborate with Product to ensure content remains current, while building deep knowledge of the Qualified platform to support the CS/QSA team.

You’ll work in a fast-paced startup-like environment within Salesforce, partnering across teams to enable success and long-term growth for new hires

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar SaaS role.
• Experience coaching or teaching colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills for managing onboarding timelines and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the new hire onboarding program for Qualified Success Architects (QSAs).
• Drive QSA certification progress and pace.
• Coordinate and host CS 5-star Enablement biweekly trainings.
• Maintain and update Guru knowledge base and knowledge agents.
• Support larger enablement projects with the Manager of CS Enablement.
• Build product knowledge across the Qualified platform to serve the CS/QSA team.
