Job summary

Capital One’s EMV Certification Platform team seeks a Lead Production Support Specialist to own end-to-end lifecycle of EMV certification platforms, ensuring reliability and scalable certification processes across chip and mobile technologies.

You will drive platform strategy, manage incidents, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and lead testing with secondary platform owner, delivering on commitments and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing operational monitoring, incident response and backlog prioritization of a technology platform.
• 2+ years in the Product Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) with functional requirements and UAT test plans.
• 2+ years partnering with internal/external business clients.
• Strong collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of EMV Certification platforms from roadmap to operations.
• Define and maintain platform backlog aligned with business needs and drive improvements.
• Manage platform stability, KPI monitoring and incident resolution end-to-end.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and release readiness with primary/secondary owners.
• Engage stakeholders and vendors; track progress and remove blockers.
