Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Lead Production Support Specialist to lead end-to-end management, stability, and evolution of EMV Certification platforms supporting EMV and mobile tech. You will drive platform strategy, development, reliability and performance while enabling faster, scalable certification processes.

The role combines platform ownership with transformation work; you will coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, manage incidents, define metrics, and ensure release readiness,

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years monitoring, incident response, and backlog management of a tech platform.
2+ years in PDLC including UAT planning.
2+ years partnering with internal/external clients.

Responsibilities

Own platform strategy and roadmap end-to-end from concept to launch.
Prioritize and maintain platform backlog aligned with business needs.
Monitor platform stability, availability, and performance KPIs.
Lead incident management and drive issue resolution.
Coordinate testing, validation, and sign-off on releases.
Manage vendor relationships and drive delivery with stakeholders.
