Qualifications

EMT certification is required.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular patrols of interior production areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors, maintaining records, and reporting access concerns.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, document observations, and notify appropriate personnel per procedures.
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports, maintaining professional interactions with all personnel.
