Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics to deliver first aid and life-saving care at client sites nationwide. The role blends clinical tasks with field work, sometimes solo, sometimes on a team, to protect worker health.

You will respond to on-site medical emergencies, provide first aid in line with policies, assess injuries, and communicate with medical facilities for further care.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of emergency setting experience (ER or 911).
• 911 experience required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of the changing worksite environment to identify risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure care meets quality guidelines.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
