Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking an EMT/Paramedic to deliver essential on-site medical care and support for workers. The role combines clinical duties with field-response responsibilities in dynamic environments.

The position requires an active EMT or Paramedic license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years in an emergency setting, with 911 experience preferred. You will respond to emergencies, document assessments, and collaborate with safety teams.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting.
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care per regulations and company policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine course of action.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for guidance.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of changing worksite environment to identify risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and document care.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe and secure work environment.
