Tang and Company, through CAREonsite, seeks an EMT/Paramedic to provide on-site medical care and rapid response to emergencies across sites. You will perform basic first aid through life-saving care, support field teams, and work in a dynamic mix of clinical and field duties.

Requirements include an active EMT or Paramedic license, current BLS, and a minimum of two years in an emergency setting. The role requires independent work, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to evolving

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (ER or 911 service).
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in line with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine course of action.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for follow-up.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of changing worksite conditions to mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and document care accurately.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
